Monday's weight numbers:
This week: 191.8 lbs, 23.2% body fat
Last week: 192.4 lbs, 23.8%
Total Loss: 16.8 lbs, 5.3% fat gone
It's a slight loss posted this week, but I put up a big number last week so I'm ok with it. This week I will break 190.
Other than that it's been a pretty ordinary week. Pretty good, but nothing specacular. I ran 5 miles in just over 32 minutes on monday night. that was cool.
