First, November's Totals:
Swim: 0, all 0's.
Bike: 129 miles, 6 rides
Run: 68.5 miles, 12 runs
Strength: 140 minutes, 9 workouts
Yoga: 4 half hour sessions
I hit some workouts last month, that's for sure. It was consistently good. I am dissapointed in only 4 yoga's though. When was the last time I was that close to a 70 mile running month? Marathon training? 129 on the bike isn't bad either.
The new eats: Doughnuts. Registration opened up today for the Krispy Kreme Challenge, and Kelley and I both got signed up. This race has you run two miles from the NC State campus to the KK store on Peace st. There you will eat a dozen doughnuts before running the two miles back to campus. Vomiting is part of the fun! The worst part is that when you leave the KK, it's uphill for too much of the return trip. Last year 3500 people (including Kelley) ran this one. My target is to finish in the top 100. I run those streets all the time. I'm sure I can work a 2500 calorie intake in the middle of a race and still lose weight, right?
Last year I missed this one thanks to the Duel in the Dunes, the Tybee Half Marathon. This year a cousin of mine (who is getting married in april) wanted to do Tybee, so I'm hitting the KK. Game on! Hope you all had a great november!

Congrats on a great month.
Man, I love me some donuts, but I can't imagine eating a dozen and then running another 2 miles, uphill! Have fun with that! :)
