Saturday our Evil Genius turned 7 years old, and we threw quite the party in the front yard. There were plenty of other kids and parents that stuck around. We threw the kiddie pool and some other water games in the yard and had a ball.

We had cake and ice cream, there were juice boxes in the cooler, and everybody had fun. Some of the girls from her school and her Indian Princess tribe came over. There was presents and water and coconut bras. What else could you ask for?

We are so proud that our little Evil Genius isn't so little anymore. 7 is a great age, and she wears it well.

Happy birthday to EG! The party looks like a blast! I love the photo where she is surrounded by presents. Looks like a great time. I love all ages but the older kids get, the better they get (although I might retract that statement when my nephews are teens as I feel like I might lose my coolness factor then).
