Quick MMNW update

First things first, the holidays were awesome! I've got a crap ton of pics to share, the kids had a big time. We spent several days in SC at my parents house as well, including three big family Christmas celebrations and lots of beers. I felt like this guy above...

Last week's MMNW was 179.6 lbs and 20.5% body fat. Last week's workouts:

Monday yoga, 2800y swim
Tuesday yoga, 7 mile run
Wednesday hot yoga 90 minutes
Thursday nothing but christmas and driving
Friday yoga in SC, played basketball with my brother Morgan
Saturday's SC long run was 3.18 miles shortened by poop.
Sunday we just drove back to NC

Aaaaaaaaaand all of that led to today's MMNW update at 183.3 lbs and 21.1% bodyfat. Hey, you take the good with the bad. I had a wonderful trip with the family in SC. I gained 4 lbs this week and that's ok. I can't count the number of times I said I Love You to people. Here's the important part of this week:

Yah the holidays is just a time of year where you kind of have to be kind to yourself when it comes to the scale. I put on a few pounds around Thanksgiving, then lost them in December, but I would not have lost those pounds if it wasn't for me getting the stomach flu over Christmas... so yah... I'd take a weight gain over puking and feeling like death. ;)
