I am envious of the big zucchini in your garden! I want to make zucchini boats for dinner soon but I need to find big ones so they can hold all the yummy stuffing but the ones I see in the grocery store are wimpy and small. I am hoping to sneak over to the farmer's market by my condo today to see if they have any!
