You definitely want to go into the training season feeling 100% healthy so I am glad that the pain has gone away! <br /><br />That's great that you and Kelley got to check out a new yoga studio and were happy with it. There is a studio by my house that I love - I'm debating buying a 10 class pack there as I love their classes so much and it would be nice to go there on Sundays to get some extra stretching since I do long runs on Saturdays. But there's also a barre studio that I'd love to get some classes to as well as those classes work really work the hips and glutes, so I know it would be a good compliment to everything else I am doing...
